Worth A. Wollpert (1943 - 2015)

A. Wollpert, 72 of Glen Mills, PA, died peacefully on September 3, 2015 at
home. Born in Cleveland, OH and raised in Chardon, OH, he resided for the
past 17 years at Fox Hill Farms in Glen Mills. Worth was the founder and
CEO of Diamond Tech Inc. for 40 years retiring in 2006. He was an active
member of Del Vets where he served on the scholarship committee, also
serving on the board of directors for Geauga Savings Bank in Cleveland, OH.
He enjoyed traveling, fishing, owning his own race horses and golfing where
he was a former member of the Concord Country Club. He graduated from
Chardon High School and Cornell University where he received his BA degree.
A fighter pilot and instructor, Worth served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and later the National
Guard in Mansfield OH. He is preceded in death by his parents, Worth G. and
Phyliss Beeman Wollpert, 1st wife, Ann Wollpert
and son, Worth Colin Wollpert. Beloved husband
and father, Worth is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sandra Cox Wollpert, 3 children, Kimberlee
(Jim) Beam, Worth Douglas (Dana) Wollpert and Shaunna L. Wollpert, 2
sisters, Kay Leggett and Ethel Richards, and 4 much loved grandchildren.
