Clifford B. Hamlon Jr.

Clifford B. Hamlon, Jr., Age 81 of Wilmington passed away on February 15, 2014.

Cliff was born in Wilmington. He was an avid fisherman and loved woodworking and cooking. He especially enjoyed his family and friends and having them visit. He served in the National Guard and was a member of DELVETS.

He was preceded in death by his son, Douglas. He is survived by his wife, Nellie (Franklin); daughters, Cheryl Schwartz and Terri Hamlon and his sister, Shirley Hoover (William). Also left to cherish his memory are four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held at the McCrery and Harra Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803 at 3:00 pm on Friday February 21, 2014, where family and friends are invited to call after 2:00 pm. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to a charity of your choice.
